The Grand Career Transition Control

We are based over in Lajpat Nagar, specifically at C 37, Part 3. It’s a decent enough spot, though parking can be a real headache around here most days. Our office is where we handle everything related to career transitions and helping people figure out their next move. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of printed resumes scattered around. We spend a lot of hours on the phone talking to different companies and people looking for work. It’s a lot of matching things up and seeing who fits where. We don't use a lot of big words to describe it; it’s just about finding a job that works for someone. The walls are a plain white and we have a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. People come in looking a bit nervous about their futures, and we just sit down and talk through the options. It’s a quiet kind of work, but it keeps us busy from nine to six. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the slow afternoons. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to wait around for it to come back on. We aren't a giant agency with thousands of employees. It’s a small operation where we know everyone’s name. We just try to be honest with people about what’s available in the market. It's straightforward work and we like it that way.
