Swift Printing

Swift Printing is located over at Plot No. 60/5, right by Dairy No. 60 on Rani Jhansi Road. If you’ve ever walked through Pahar Ganj, you know how crowded and lively it gets around here. Our shop is usually filled with the sound of the machines running and the smell of fresh ink that stays on your clothes all day. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside sometimes with all the paper stock we keep piled up against the walls. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that because most of the space is taken up by the equipment. It’s a practical setup, meant for working rather than looking pretty. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us by name, and we know who’s selling what on the street outside. The mornings are usually the quietest time before the rush starts and everyone wants their stuff done at once. We just handle the jobs as they come in, whether it’s a small batch or something larger that takes all night. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to fix them ourselves, which can be messy. It’s just the way things go when you’re running a small print shop in a place as busy as Pahar Ganj. We keep our heads down and stay focused on the work in front of us. It’s a simple life, really, just making sure the colors look right and the paper is cut straight before the customer comes to pick it up.
