Kaizen Impeial

Our place is at Plot No B 1/6128 in Dev Nagar. It’s right in Karol Bagh, close to Padam Singh Road. Kaizen Impeial is where we do our business. Karol Bagh is a very busy area, so there is always something happening outside our door. We’ve been here for a long time. The space is filled with whatever we are working on at the moment. It’s a mix of an office and a storage area. We don't have a fancy entrance. You just come in and you’ll see us working at our desks or moving boxes around. We deal with various goods and equipment. It’s the kind of place where the phone is always ringing. We know most of the other shop owners on the street. We often share a cup of tea in the afternoons. The name Kaizen is something we liked, but we don't follow any corporate philosophies strictly. We just try to get things done a bit better each day. Our address is easy to find because everyone knows Padam Singh Road. It’s a bit dusty because of all the construction and traffic in Dev Nagar, but we don't mind. We have our routines and our regular customers who stop by just to say hello. It’s a practical, honest way to make a living in a city like this. We just keep things moving and stay focused.
