We are located at number 170 in Vishal Market. It’s a four-storey building and we are right on the first floor. Tagore Garden is a really crowded area, especially in the evenings when everyone is out shopping. 7M is the name on our door, but most people just know us as the shop on the first floor near the corner. It’s a busy spot to work in because there is always noise from the market downstairs. Our space is quite small, packed with all sorts of things we need for our daily work. We don't have much room for a lobby, so people usually just walk straight into the main area. We spend most of our time dealing with whatever comes through the door. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with people talking all at once, but we manage to keep things moving. We don't have any fancy uniforms or big signs. It’s just us in our regular clothes, working through the pile of tasks we have each day. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep, so we tell everyone to be careful. We’ve been here in Vishal Market for a good while and we’re used to the pace. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but it’s what we do. We just try to stay organized and get through the day without too many mistakes. It's a simple operation, but it keeps us busy from morning till night.
