Surprise Security Services

Our office is tucked away on the second floor of Wz-819 in Nangal Raya. It’s a local area and we’ve been part of it for a good bit of time now. The name Surprise Security usually gets a comment or two from people who walk in for the first time, but we just liked how it sounded. We don't do anything flashy here. Most of our day is spent dealing with rosters and talking to our guards who are out at different locations. The office itself is just a practical space. We have some old filing cabinets and a couple of desks that have seen better days. Nangal Raya is a busy place, so there is always a bit of noise coming up from the street. We get people from the neighborhood dropping in to ask if we have any openings or just to say hello. It feels more like a small community hub sometimes than a formal business. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. It’s just us doing the work, making sure our clients are happy and our staff is looked after. We take things as they come and try to handle any issues without making a big fuss about it. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sorting through paperwork or on the phone. It’s a basic operation but we’ve stayed busy because we just stick to the basics and don't try to be something we are not. Our door is usually open for anyone.
