Our place is on Plot No. 293 in the Kehar Singh Estate. It’s on West End Marg, over in Saket. The area has a lot of small businesses and offices. Sureland Fire And Security has its base here. We deal with fire safety systems and security setups. The office is full of gear like smoke detectors and control panels that we're testing or preparing for an installation. It’s a bit of a workspace rather than a polished office. There are always tools and wires around. We spend most of our time out at customer sites anyway. Saket is a busy part of Delhi, but the estate is slightly tucked away from the main traffic. We’ve been in this building for several years now. The staff here is small but we’ve all been doing this for a long time. We don't go in for fancy presentations. We just show people how the equipment works and make sure it’s installed right. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with all the hardware moving in and out. It’s honest work and we like being in this part of town. There are good places to grab a quick lunch nearby. We handle everything from small shop alarms to bigger systems for warehouses. Every project is a bit different so it keeps us on our toes. We just focus on the job at hand and moving to the next one. It's a lot of manual labor and checking circuits.
