We are located right in the middle of Ram Nagar Market on Qutab Road. It’s a very busy part of Pahar Ganj, so there’s always people walking by and a lot of noise from the street. Our shop is in Building No-754/6. We’ve been dealing with televisions for a long time now. Back in the day, it was those big heavy sets, and now it’s all flat screens. We see all kinds of models coming through here. Some people come in to buy something new, others bring in their old sets hoping we can fix whatever went wrong with the picture or the sound. The back of the shop is usually full of parts and tools we use for repairs. It’s a bit dusty, but that’s what happens when you’re working with electronics all day. Pahar Ganj is a place where everyone is always in a hurry, but we try to take our time to see what’s actually wrong with a TV. We aren't a big showroom with bright lights and suits. It’s just a local shop. People from around the neighborhood know us. Sometimes the power goes out in the market and we just have to wait it out like everyone else. If you’re looking for us, just head down Qutab Road and look for the market area. It’s easy to miss if you aren't paying attention because of all the other shops. We're just here doing our bit every day.
