We are over at 1790 Chuna Mandi in Paharganj. If you’re looking for us, we’re right near the Khalsha School. Paharganj is always a bit chaotic, with narrow streets and lots of people moving around. Our building is tucked in there, and it can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking for the number. We work on waterproofing and sealing, so we have a lot of containers and chemicals sitting around the shop. It smells a bit like rubber and glue most of the time. The school nearby means it gets really crowded when the kids are coming or going. We have to be careful when we’re moving stuff in and out so we don't block the way. It’s a small office and storage space, nothing too special to look at. We’ve been here for years, and we know most of the neighbors and the tea stall guys. The walls are a bit stained and the floor is uneven, but it’s where we get the work done. We spend a lot of our time out at customer sites anyway, so the shop is mostly for storage and planning the next job. It’s not a fancy life, just dealing with leaks and cracks all day long. Sometimes we have to work late to get everything ready for a big project the next morning. It’s just the way things are in this part of town.
