Ansh Polycoats Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Office No -63/24 on Rama Marg. It’s just off Najafgarh Road, which is always packed with heavy trucks and laborers moving stuff around. It’s a very industrial part of Delhi, so it can be pretty loud and gritty. Our office is up on the second floor of the building. It’s a practical space, nothing fancy at all. We’ve got some old metal cabinets for our files and a few heavy wooden desks. We spend most of our time dealing with industrial coatings and similar products. It’s a lot of technical talk and checking specifications for orders. We started this company because we knew the industry well and wanted to work for ourselves. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation. We just like having our own small place where we can do things our own way. The power supply in this area can be a bit hit or miss, so we have a generator that kicks in when needed. It makes a lot of noise, but it keeps the lights on while we work. We have a small crew, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. There’s a tea stall at the corner where we usually get our morning fix. It’s a good way to start the workday. We don't do much in the way of marketing. Most people find us through word of mouth or old contacts.
