Dura Buildcare Pvt. Ltd. is located in Dimension Deepti Plaza, specifically in Pocket 6 of Sector 1, Nasirpur. The plaza is quite a busy place with a lot of different offices and shops. We are in unit 04-106. Most people come to us because they have problems with their buildings, like leaks or cracks. We sell various construction chemicals and waterproof products. It’s a practical business. We don't spend much on decorating the office because we’d rather have the right stock on the shelves. There are always crates and tubs of stuff piled up near the door. My desk is usually covered in sample bottles and price lists. Nasirpur is a growing area, so there is always someone building something nearby. We get a lot of local contractors coming in to ask for advice on which product is best for a specific job. We try to give them honest answers based on what we’ve seen work in the past. It’s not about making a quick sale for us. We want to make sure the building stays standing for a long time. The air conditioner in the office makes a funny rattling sound, but it keeps us cool enough during the summer months. It’s a decent place to work for us, and we know our customers by their first names mostly.
