Our office is at Plot No. Rz-130, Block-A in Sitapuri. We are right in the main market area, not far from the bus stand. Super Medicare Agencies is mostly about handling boxes and paperwork all day. The main market is always buzzing with energy, which makes the days go by faster. We have a lot of stuff coming in and out, so the front area often has stacks of cartons waiting to be moved. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes. We try to keep things in order, but when a big shipment arrives, everything gets a bit messy for a while. The bus stand nearby means there are always people walking past our window. We’ve been in Sitapuri for a good while and know the rhythms of the market. When it rains, the street gets muddy, and we have to be careful not to track it all inside. We have a small desk where we do all the billing and a few chairs for when someone needs to wait. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. It’s hard work, especially when we have to move heavy crates, but we are used to it. The lights are a bit dim in the back, but we know the layout by heart. It’s a very practical kind of place to work every day.
