It’s a bit of a maze to get here if you don’t know New Delhi well, but once you find Rajbir Colony, it’s not too bad. The office is a practical space where we work on different life skills programs. It’s not a shiny corporate building; it’s a regular floor in a residential-commercial mix area. We have some desks and a small area where we can talk to people. There’s usually some noise from the street—kids playing or vendors shouting—but it keeps things lively. We focus on teaching things that help people in their daily lives. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work, answering the phones, and planning the sessions. The walls have a few posters on them, and there are always stacks of forms on the tables. It’s a busy environment but fairly relaxed. We drink a lot of chai during the day to stay sharp. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to ask questions. We try to keep things simple and honest. It’s just a group of us working out of a small office in Gharoli, trying to make things move forward.
