Suman Ahuja Realty (Opc) Private Limited

This is a small operation run out of Amar Colony in Lajpat Nagar-4. The office is located at house number 19/119 A on the second floor. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of markets and houses squeezed together, but it feels like home to us. Suman started this because there was a need for someone local to handle the property stuff without all the corporate talk. We spend our days mostly on the phone or meeting people at the local coffee shops if the office gets too crowded with files. It is an OPC, so it’s a tight-knit setup. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know how to get things done. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, but we don't mind the exercise. Most of the work involves checking titles and making sure the local buyers and sellers are on the same page. We see a lot of families coming through, looking for a place to stay or trying to sell an old family plot. It gets emotional sometimes, and we just try to be a steady hand in the middle of it. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just know South Delhi and how the property market works in this specific corner of the city. It’s a lot of hard work and late evenings.
