Subham Properties

Our place is called Subham Properties. We are over at D-14 in Vasant Kunj, specifically in Masood Pur. It is in Shanti Kunj, and we are quite close to the church. It is a pretty recognizable landmark if you are trying to find us. The area is usually calm, which is nice for getting work done. We spend most of our time at our desks dealing with whatever comes in that day. It isn't a fancy setup. We just have what we need to keep things moving. Vasant Kunj can get busy, but our little corner near the church stays fairly settled. We’ve had this office for a while now. The furniture is a bit old, but it’s comfortable. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. It's more of a place where we can just sit and talk or work through the paperwork. Sometimes we hear the bells from the church or the sound of cars passing by on the main road. It's a decent spot to be in. We come in every morning, make some tea, and start on the files. It's just regular life for us here at Shanti Kunj. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing our jobs. The floor needs a sweep now and then because of the dust, but we don't mind the small chores. It is just a honest day of property work.
