You can find us on the first floor of Rz-160 in Sayed, Nangloi. Being on the first floor means we have to haul everything up and down the stairs, which can be a bit of a workout. Studmaster is not a huge operation. We mostly deal with studs and fasteners. The space is a bit tight because we have so much stock kept in boxes all over the place. Nangloi is a very crowded neighborhood and the noise from the street comes right through the windows. We have a couple of desks and a lot of shelves. It is not the kind of place where you would expect a lot of polish. We are just regular people working here. Most of our day is spent counting out pieces or talking to people on the phone. Sometimes the narrow lanes outside get so packed with rickshaws that it is hard to even get to the front door. We have gotten used to the chaos over the years. We do not use any big slogans. We just sell the parts that people ask for. It is a practical business. We drink a lot of tea while we work to keep our energy up. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with, which is probably the least favorite part of the job for everyone here. We just keep at it day after day in our little corner of Nangloi.
