Studio Land Design Services Llp

We’ve been running Studio Land Design Services Llp out of Flat No 04 in Saraswati Tower for a while now. It’s located in Sector D, Pocket 6 of Vasant Kunj, which is a fairly quiet spot to get work done. Most days, you’ll find us here trying to figure out various design projects. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that, just a regular office space where we keep our drawings and computers. Vasant Kunj is a nice area, though the traffic near the tower can get a bit much during the evenings. The flat itself is on the S 1 level, and it’s where all the actual work happens. We handle a lot of different design tasks, mostly focusing on land and how to make spaces look right. It’s a small setup, just a few of us really putting in the time. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, other times it's just the sound of someone typing or moving a chair. We try to stay organized, but with so many sketches laying around, it gets a bit cluttered. People usually find us through word of mouth or by looking up the address in Vasant Kunj. It’s a practical place for a business like ours. We’ve grown used to the routine here, the neighbors in the tower are decent, and it feels like a good home for the company. There’s no big secret to what we do, just hard work and some pens and paper.
