Addition Creative Agency is on the second floor at F-201 B in Mangal Bazar, Laxmi Nagar East. Being in Mangal Bazar means it is always noisy outside. There are people shouting, horns honking, and the general chaos of a busy market right below our windows. It can be a bit distracting when we are trying to come up with creative ideas, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our office is up a narrow flight of stairs. It’s a bit of a climb, but the space is decent once you get inside. We have drawing boards and computers everywhere. The walls are covered in sketches and notes from old projects. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a small stove for tea and some plastic chairs. The team is small, just a few of us who like to draw and design things. Laxmi Nagar is a crowded place, so finding our building can be tricky for newcomers. We usually just tell them to look for the landmark shops nearby. We work long hours sometimes when a deadline is close, staying well after the market downstairs has closed up for the night. It’s a simple creative life without the corporate polish. We just like making things and we do it from this little spot in East Delhi.
