Stanford British School

We are located right on Bajghera - Nazafgarh Road, here in the Chhawla area. It's a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the buses are moving and people are headed to work. Most of us have been working here for a while, just trying to keep things organized for the students who come from Somesh Vihar and other nearby parts. The building isn't fancy, but it does the job. You can hear the traffic outside if the windows are open, but inside we just focus on the lessons and getting through the day. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to manage with what we have. It’s a local place. The staff usually brings lunch from home and we sit together when there’s a break. We see the same faces every morning at the gate. Parents stop by to ask about exams or just to drop off a forgotten lunch box. It’s not a quiet place, there’s always someone running in the hallway or a teacher looking for a piece of chalk. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us here on the road, trying to make sure the kids learn something useful before they head home. Chhawla is a growing area, so things are always changing around us. New shops open up nearby, but the school stays pretty much the same. We just keep the doors open and do our work every day without making a big fuss about it.
