Our place is at Bf-59 in Janakpuri. It’s a decent-sized space where we’ve been running our security and consulting business for years. Janakpuri is huge, and our little block, BF, is just one small part of it. We have a simple sign out front so people can find us. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and some old cabinets filled with personnel files. We spend a lot of time interviewing people for security jobs and checking their backgrounds. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of writing things down. We don't use any fancy software for everything; sometimes a pen and paper just work better for us. The office can get a bit hot in the summer because the AC isn't the best, but we've got a couple of good fans that keep the air moving. We aren't a high-flying consulting firm with glass walls. We are just St. Michael Security, working out of a brick building in a regular neighborhood. We know a lot of the people around here. Some of them have worked for us for years. We take pride in just being a steady place where people can find work and businesses can find someone to watch their property. It’s not flashy, but it’s what we do every day. There is always someone here if you need to talk about staffing or just regular guard work.
