We are tucked away in Shop No. 9 at Bhiwani Kunj. If you know where Pkt - D2 in Vasant Kunj is, we are just right behind that. It’s a bit of a quiet corner of Delhi, which is nice because it gives us room to work on things. We mostly deal with braces and artificial limbs and that sort of thing. It’s very hands-on work. You’ll usually see us with tools out, trying to get a fit just right for someone. Every person who walks in has a different need, so we spend a lot of time just measuring and adjusting. It's not a fast process, and we don't pretend it is. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. Just a small shop where we try to help people walk a bit better or move more easily. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty with all the materials we use, but we try to keep it tidy enough for visitors. We’ve been in this part of Vasant Kunj for a while, and most of our customers come from word of mouth. People tell their friends about us when they need something specific made. We don't do much advertising. We just sit here and do the work. It’s honest, practical stuff. If you need a splint or something more complicated, we just take the measurements and get to it. There’s always a bit of a smell of glue or plastic in the air, but that’s just part of the job when you’re making prosthetics. It’s a bit messy, but that's how a real workshop should be.
