Sorro

Sorro is located in Karol Bagh, specifically in the Universe Plaza on the first floor. Our unit numbers are 105 to 107. Karol Bagh is always crowded, and finding parking is a real nightmare, so most of our customers just take the metro. We’ve been in this plaza for a while now. It’s a typical commercial building with lots of small shops selling all kinds of things. We mainly focus on retail, though we do some wholesale too when the orders come in. The space is a bit tight with all the boxes piled up to the ceiling, but we manage. It’s a lively environment with people constantly walking past our door and talking loudly. We don't have a fancy showroom. It’s more of a functional space where we keep our stock and talk to customers. Sometimes the lift in the building breaks down, and we have to carry everything up the stairs ourselves. It’s hard work, but it keeps us moving. We have a small team of people who help out with sales and packing the boxes. We aren't looking to become a global brand or anything like that. We just want to do well in this local market. The competition in Karol Bagh is tough, so we just try to be straightforward with everyone who walks in. We don't use flashy ads. We just open the shop, talk to whoever comes in, and try to be helpful. It’s been working out okay for us.
