We are Harsh Telecom And Company, located at Plot No D-231 on Shamshan Ghat Road. It’s in the Lakshmi Park area of Nangloi. The street name sounds a bit grim, but it’s actually a pretty normal residential and commercial mix. Our shop is a small unit where we handle telecom-related things. It’s mostly repairs and selling small parts. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how to fix things. The workspace is usually covered in tiny screws and pieces of plastic from whatever we are working on. Nangloi is a busy place, and Lakshmi Park has its own rhythm. We get a lot of walk-in traffic from people living nearby. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine for guests. There’s just a wooden bench where people can sit and wait. We try to get things done as fast as we can, but some jobs take longer than others. We don't make any big promises we can't keep. If a phone is beyond saving, we just say so. We’ve been in this same spot for several years now. The signage is a bit faded from the sun, but people still find us. It’s a humble business, nothing corporate about it. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure we don't lose any of those small parts while we work. It’s just us doing our best every single day here.
