S.Nayyar & Co. (Chartered Accountants)

S. Nayyar & Co. has been operating out of Karampura for a good many years. Our office is at H-274, and it is a pretty standard setup for a chartered accountant’s place. There is a lot of paper everywhere, mostly tax forms and audit reports. We do not spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We would rather just focus on getting the numbers right for the people who come to see us. Karampura is a lively place to be, and our office sees a lot of different people every day. Some people come in looking worried about an income tax notice, and we just sit them down and look at what can be done. It is not about being the biggest firm in New Delhi; it is just about being reliable. We have a small staff, and we all know our roles. We might not have the most modern office in the world, but we know the tax code pretty well. It is honest work. Sometimes it is boring, sitting and checking columns of figures, but it has to be done. We do not promise anything impossible. We just tell you what the rules are and help you follow them. If you are in the neighborhood and need someone to look at your accounts, you can just stop by. There is usually someone here to talk to you. We just take things one day at a time.
