Sloane Foundation

Sloane Foundation is based out of E-42/5 in Phase II of the Okhla Industrial Area. If you’ve ever been around here, you know it’s all about warehouses, factories, and lots of trucks. Our building is pretty plain, just a functional space where we can get our work done without distractions. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing; we just have some desks and a couple of computers. It gets quite busy during the day with all the industrial activity nearby. We chose this spot because it’s central and easy for people to reach from different parts of South Delhi. The office itself is nothing special to look at, just four walls and a lot of commitment. We spend our time managing our various projects and making sure things are moving along. It’s not always perfectly organized, and sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing when we're trying to have a meeting. We don't have a marketing department writing nice things about us. It’s just us, the staff, trying to do something decent. We keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary fluff. If someone comes to visit, they’ll probably find us mid-conversation about some logistics or another. It’s hard work in a gritty part of town, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We’re just here to do the job we set out to do, day in and day out, without making a big fuss.
