Sky Lifters

Sky Lifters is based in Motia Khan, near Jhandewalan. If you know the area, you know it’s a bit crowded and full of old buildings and narrow lanes. We deal with lifting equipment, so we have cranes and hoists that we maintain and send out to job sites. Our yard is usually a bit of a mess with chains, pulleys, and heavy cables lying around. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear nice shoes. We spend a lot of time fixing engines and checking cables for wear and tear. It’s important because if a lift fails, it’s a big problem. We have a small team of mechanics who are usually covered in oil by noon. The office is just a place to keep the keys and the logbooks. We don't really have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. Most of our clients are construction contractors who need to move heavy stuff. They know where to find us in Motia Khan. We’ve been here for quite some time, and we know the shortcuts through Jhandewalan to get our equipment out to the main roads. It’s a noisy, busy place, but it’s home to us. We don't use big words or fancy brochures. We just make sure the machines are running and ready to work when the call comes in from a site.
