Kobelco Cranes India Pvt. Ltd. has an office on the third floor of Mother House. We are located at Plot No. 22 in the Gulmohar Enclave Community Center, over in the Yousuf Sarai area. It’s a decent spot, though finding parking around here can be a real challenge sometimes. We focus on the crane business from this office. There is a lot of coordination involved with the different sites across the country. We have desks set up with computers and phones that never seem to stop ringing. The office gets a bit crowded with all the files and technical manuals we have to keep on hand. Most of us have been here for a while, so we know the routine. It’s not a fancy corporate showroom. It’s just a workspace where we get things sorted out. We go through a lot of coffee and tea during the day to keep moving. The community center nearby has a few good places to eat, so we usually head out for a quick lunch when we can. Working with heavy machinery like cranes means there is always some kind of detail that needs checking. We aren't here to do anything except make sure the operations run as they should.
