Jai Balaji Crane Service

Jai Balaji Crane Service is situated near the Kapashera Border in Mahipalpur. We’re right by Heera Public School, so we have to be careful with the machines when the kids are coming and going. It’s a very busy area with a lot of trucks moving between Delhi and Gurgaon. Our office is basically a small cabin where we keep the logs and take the calls. It gets pretty loud with all the horns honking outside. Sometimes the dust from the construction nearby settles on everything, so we’re always wiping down the desks. It’s a tough spot but it’s close to the main roads which helps us get the cranes out fast. We don't have any big marketing brochures or a fancy lobby. You just walk in, and someone is usually there on the phone or checking a crane's maintenance list. We’ve got a water cooler in the corner and a bunch of keys hanging on the wall. Most of the people who work here have been doing this for years. We know the shortcuts around the border to avoid the worst of the traffic jams. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We just take the calls as they come and send the guys out to help whoever is stuck or building something new. It’s hard work but it keeps us busy.
