Our place, Skill It Up India, is right along the Outer Ring Road in Saraswati Vihar. Being at C-576 means we are pretty easy to spot if you are driving by, though the traffic on the main road is always a bit much. The office is straightforward and functional. We spend a good chunk of our day coordinating things on the phone or meeting people who stop in from the North West Delhi area. It’s a practical location for what we do. Inside, there’s a reception desk that usually has a pile of papers on it, and a couple of back rooms where the actual training happens. We don't have fancy furniture; it's mostly just sturdy chairs and desks that have seen a lot of use. The air conditioning sometimes makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps the place cool during the Delhi summers. We’ve been here for a bit now and the neighbors are all pretty friendly. We try to keep things simple and avoid all the unnecessary corporate talk. Most people who come here are just looking to improve their work situation, and we help them out with that. It's a busy spot, especially in the afternoons. We handle the paperwork, keep the computers running, and make sure whoever walks through the door gets the help they need. It’s just honest work in a busy part of the city. We keep it moving.
