Shrinand International Gauseva Foundation

Shrinand International Gauseva Foundation operates from the top floor of K-2002 in the K Block of C R Park. Being up on the top floor means we have a bit of a climb every day, but it’s a quiet place to work. C R Park is a nice neighborhood in New Delhi, and we’ve been here for some time now. Our focus is on gauseva, which means we spend a lot of our time thinking about and helping with cow welfare. We aren't a farm ourselves, but we do the coordination and support work from this office. The room is often full of volunteers or people who just want to help out. We have some old desks and plenty of notebooks where we keep track of everything. It gets a bit hot in the summers since we are right under the roof, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving. We aren't a corporate setup with fancy furniture. It’s mostly just us trying to make sure things are moving in the right direction for the animals we care about. We talk to people in other parts of the city and even outside Delhi to get things organized. It’s a lot of coordination and simple hard work. We don't put on any airs about what we do. It’s just daily tasks, phone calls, and making sure the foundation stays active and helpful for the cause from our little spot in K Block.
