Shri Sai Khad Beej Bhandar

Shri Sai Khad Beej Bhandar is located at Basti Harphool Singh, specifically at 5836/32 on the Sadar Thana Road in Sadar Bazar. We mostly deal with seeds and fertilizers, so there is always that earthy smell inside the shop that you get with farming supplies. The area around Sadar Thana Road is always packed with people and carts, and our little spot in Basti Harphool Singh is no different. We have bags of seeds stacked up against the walls and sometimes out on the front step when a new delivery arrives. The address 5836/32 can be a bit hard to find if you are new to the area, but the locals know us well enough. We see a lot of people coming in from the outskirts to get what they need for their plants or small farms. It’s a very hands-on kind of job, moving heavy sacks and making sure the seeds don't get damp when it rains. The shop itself is quite old and has that worn-in feel of a place that has seen a lot of seasons. We don't use any fancy computers for everything; a lot of it is still done with pen and paper in our old ledgers. It is just a steady, quiet business in the middle of a very loud part of the city. We show up, open the shutters, and stay until the sun goes down.
