Our place is at B-Ii/66 in the Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Estate, along the Delhi Mathura Road. It is an industrial area, so it feels very different from a residential neighborhood. There are lots of trucks and warehouses around us. Ampersand Urban Agritech Farming Private Limited fits right in here. We are focused on the tech side of farming, but our day-to-day life is very grounded. We spend time in the office and sometimes out in the back where we keep our equipment. The space is functional. We have sturdy tables and chairs that have seen better days. It is not a place where we wear suits or have formal meetings. We usually have grease on our hands or dirt on our shoes. That’s just the nature of the work. The Delhi Mathura Road is always busy, so there is a constant hum of traffic in the background. We’ve grown used to it. We aren't trying to change the world overnight; we are just trying to get our systems to work better. Sometimes a machine breaks down or a shipment is late, and we just have to figure it out. It is practical, hands-on work. We aren't corporate types. We are just people who like to see things grow and work with our hands as much as our heads. It can be a long day, but seeing progress makes it worth it. We just keep plugging away at it daily.
