SHRI JAI MAADURGA REALTECH PRIVATE LIMITED

We’ve been based out of Chatter Pur Pahari for a while now. Most people know us from the office over at D-41/805 on Khasra Number 136. It’s a busy part of South Delhi, and things are always moving around here. We handle property stuff, mostly just talking to folks who want to move into the area or maybe sell a bit of land they’ve held onto. It’s not a fancy setup. We sit in the office, drink some tea, and look at what’s available on the market. Being in New Delhi 110074 means we see a lot of different people every day. Some are looking for small flats and others want something bigger near the hills. We just try to keep track of who owns what and who is looking for a new place to stay. It gets dusty and loud outside sometimes with all the construction going on in the neighborhood, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do. If someone walks in, we show them the papers we have or take them for a walk to see a site nearby. It’s mostly about knowing the local streets and the people who live here. We’ve seen the area change quite a lot over the years. We just keep doing our thing from this corner of South Delhi, helping out with real estate needs as they come up.
