Our office is at house number 509 in Village Samalka. If you know the area, it is not too hard to find, though sometimes the narrow lanes can be a bit of a puzzle for people who aren't from around here. We have been working out of this spot in South West Delhi for a bit. It’s a real village atmosphere even though everything is changing so fast around us. We handle a lot of the local realtech work from a small room that usually smells like incense and old files. There’s a lot of coming and going because neighbors stop by just to chat or ask about land prices nearby. We don't really do the big corporate thing. It is more about sitting down, having some water, and looking at maps or site plans on a cluttered desk. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there until it comes back, talking about how the village used to look ten years ago. It’s just how we operate. We keep the books in order as best as we can. My brother handles most of the site visits while I stay back to manage the registry work. It gets dusty, especially in the summer, but we like being right here where the actual land is. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Just the address and a door that stays open most of the day.
