Shraddha Utilities Private Limited

Our office is at Plot No. B2/1, right in the Shiv Main Market in Vijay Enclave. It’s on the Dabri Palam Road, and we are quite close to Jindal Public School, which is a big landmark around here. Shraddha Utilities Private Limited is a local business that deals with various utility-related tasks. Being in the main market means it’s always noisy and crowded, which we’ve gotten used to over the years. We mostly handle the maintenance and service side of things for people in the area. Our office isn't very large, just enough room for the desks and a place for the field workers to gather before they head out. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just take the calls, figure out who can go where, and get the work done. Some days are much busier than others, especially when there’s a lot of maintenance needed after a storm. We have a small crew that knows the streets around Vijay Enclave really well. It’s a lot of manual tracking and phone calls to keep things moving. We prefer it this way, keeping things simple and local. People from the neighborhood often just stop by the shop to tell us if something needs fixing. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment every day. We have a little storage area in the back for all the tools and spare parts we need. It’s usually a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is.
