We operate out of Shri Lal Mahal House at B-6 Bhagwan Dass Nagar. It’s a place with a lot of history for us. Shivnath Rai Harnarain India Ltd. has been around the block a few times. The building itself feels solid, like it’s seen a lot of years. We do a lot of trading and handling of goods. It’s not just one thing; it’s a mix of whatever needs doing that day. The office is usually filled with the sound of people talking and papers shuffling. We aren't much for digital everything; we still like our paper files and notebooks. It feels more real that way. Bhagwan Dass Nagar is a busy neighborhood. There’s always someone coming by the office for something. We try to keep things straightforward. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and talk it through until it’s fixed. It’s an old-school way of doing things, I guess. We don’t have any of those polished marketing slogans. We just work. The rooms are a bit cramped because of all the records we keep. We’ve got stacks of ledgers going back quite a bit. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. We know where everything is, though. The staff has been together for a long time, so we’re more like a bunch of neighbors than anything else. We just want to keep the business running like it always has. There's plenty to keep us busy every single day.
