Shiva Primary Realtors (Opc) Private Limited is based at D-9 on the ground floor in Sector 3. It is a simple office in a regular part of the neighborhood. We have been here for a while and we know the area pretty well. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for folks to just stop in when they are passing by. We handle all kinds of property stuff, mostly just local things like rentals and sales. It is a one-person type of company, so things are kept very direct and simple. There is no big corporate structure here. We just have our desks, our computer, and a lot of folders full of property details. Most of the day is spent checking on houses or talking to people about what they are looking for. Sector 3 is a good place to work. It is familiar and we have a lot of regular people we see every day. We do not try to sound like a big marketing firm. We just tell it like it is. If a place is good, we say so. If it has issues, we mention those too. It is more about being a part of the local scene than anything else. We open up in the morning, do the filing, and take the calls as they come. It is steady work and it keeps us occupied. We like the independence of it and the chance to help our neighbors.
