Our office is located in Shakarpur, specifically at S-524 on the first floor of the Agarwal Complex. It’s right on Vikas Marg, which is always packed with people and cars. Being in room 104 means we’re tucked away a bit from the main street noise, which is nice. We’re a private limited company, but we don't act like a big corporation. It’s mostly just us handling healthcare products and making sure the billing is right. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with hospitals or checking our stock in the back. The Agarwal Complex is a busy place with lots of other businesses, so there’s always something going on. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow. Our desks are usually covered in papers and catalogs because there is always something to look up. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform or a lobby with a fountain. It's just a workspace. People come to us when they need reliable medical items without the headache of dealing with a huge company. We try to be helpful and honest about what we can do. If we don’t have something, we say so. It’s better to be straight with people than to lead them on. That’s just how we like to do things here in Shakarpur. It keeps our reputation solid among the doctors we serve daily.
