Shaheed Sukhdev College Of Business Studies

We are part of the University of Delhi, located over in Jhilmil Colony near Vivek Vihar. If you know Delhi, you know this area is quite different from the North Campus vibe. Our college building is a bit more modern now, but the atmosphere is still very much about the students who are always busy with something. You’ll see groups of people huddled over laptops in the corridors or sitting in the cafeteria talking about business cases and numbers. It’s a place where things feel a bit fast-paced, mostly because the students are quite driven. But it’s not all corporate-looking; there are still the usual messy student corners and notice boards covered in old flyers. The metro is the main way most people get here, so the walk from the station is a daily routine for almost everyone. We have labs and a library that stay busy until late in the evening. The faculty members are around, but a lot of the learning happens when the students just talk to each other. It’s a bit of a trek for some people coming from other parts of Delhi, but they make it. We don’t have a massive field, but there’s enough room to breathe. It’s just a place where business and management are the main topics of conversation every single day.
