Seth Surgical Udyog

We started Seth Surgical Udyog here in Shahdara quite a long time ago. The workshop is located at 72 Mukesh Nagar, right on the Circular Road. Most days, we are just busy with the machines and making sure the surgical items are coming out okay. It is a messy job sometimes, with all the metal scraps and the packing boxes lying around the floor. We do not have a big fancy office or anything like that, just the main area where the actual work happens. People come by and ask for specific tools, and we try our best to get them done. My brother helps with the deliveries, and I handle most of the orders that come in through the phone. It gets pretty loud in here when all the grinders are running at once. We usually have some tea around four in the afternoon when things quiet down for a bit. The area around Mukesh Nagar is always crowded, so getting supplies in and out takes some time. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside on the steps for a while. It is not a big corporate setup, just a local spot making tools for doctors and clinics. We have been at this address for years now. The walls could probably use some fresh paint, but the equipment works well enough for what we need to do. It is mostly just us working hard to keep things moving. We do not really do much advertising because most people find us through friends.
