SEDENTARY REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED

We’ve been set up here in Dariya Ganj for a while now, specifically in the basement of Plot number 2 in Ward XI. It’s a busy area and the space is simple, but it gets the job done for what we do. Sedentary Realty isn't some huge operation with a glass front. We focus on the local real estate around Delhi 110002. Most days are spent on the phone or meeting people who are looking for a spot to live or maybe a small office nearby. It can get a bit loud outside with all the traffic in Dariya Ganj, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. The office is just a place where we keep our files and meet clients when they need to sign papers or just talk. We don't have fancy furniture or a coffee machine that makes lattes. It’s just desks, some chairs, and a lot of maps. People come to us because they know we are right here on the ground. We deal with whatever comes through the door. Sometimes it’s a rental, sometimes a sale, but it’s always just straightforward work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help people find a place that fits their budget in this part of town. If you walk past 4824/24, you’ll see our sign. It’s nothing special, but we are there most mornings until late evening.
