School Of Nature Foundation

School Of Nature Foundation is based at H.No.31 on Shivji Marg in the Westend Green area of Rangpuri. Being out here in New Delhi-110037 feels a bit different from the more crowded parts of the city because there is actually a bit of green around us. Our office is just a regular house that we use for our daily operations. We don't have a big staff or a corporate structure. It’s mostly just a few of us who really like being outdoors and want to share that with others. We spend a lot of time organizing trips or just talking about plants and local wildlife. The house is old but it has a good feel to it. We have a small garden area where we try to grow a few things, though the Delhi heat sometimes makes that difficult. We don't use a lot of fancy technology; we prefer writing things down and talking to people face-to-face. Sometimes visitors get a bit lost finding Shivji Marg, but once they arrive, they usually enjoy the quiet. We aren't trying to grow into some massive organization. We just want to keep doing what we do in this little corner of Rangpuri. It’s a simple life, focused on nature and teaching people how to appreciate what’s left of the environment. No big speeches, just honest work and a lot of time spent under the trees when we can get away from our desks.
