Sathi Medicine

Sathi Medicine is located at J-77 in Dilshad Garden, right in the Dilshad Colony area. It’s a very residential neighborhood, so it feels more like being part of a big family than a business. We see the same people every day walking their dogs or going to the park. The shop is small and simple. We have a blue board outside so people can spot us easily. Inside, there isn't a lot of room to move around if more than three people are standing there, but we make it work. I’ve lived around here for a long time, so I know most of the families and what they usually come in for. We keep a good supply of the basics, and if someone needs something special, we try to get it by the next day. The shelves are getting a bit old, and the wood is scratched in places, but they hold the medicine just fine. We have a small television in the corner that we keep on low volume to hear the news. It’s a quiet life for the most part. In the evenings, people stop by on their way home from work. We talk about the local news or the traffic on the main road. We don’t use any big marketing tricks. We just stay open and help out whoever walks in. It’s a basic shop run by local people who care about the neighborhood.
