Sarthak Estates

We are over at C 168 in Sector 10, which is really close to the Barakhamba Metro Station. It’s a good location because people can just hop off the metro and walk over to see us. We work in real estate, but we aren't the types in suits with shiny cars. Mostly, we just keep track of what apartments or offices are available for rent or sale in this part of the city. We spend a lot of time walking around showing people places, which means we’re out of the office as much as we are in it. The office itself is just a place to sit down, have a glass of water, and look at some floor plans. We deal with a lot of different people, from students looking for a small room to business owners needing a new shop space. It’s a lot of talking and explaining how the leases work. Sometimes a deal falls through at the last minute and we have to start all over again, which is frustrating but that’s just how it goes. We’ve been in Sector 10 for a while, so we know most of the buildings around here pretty well. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing talk; we just show the property and let people decide if it works for them. It’s just about finding a place that fits what someone needs without any extra hassle.
