Sara Jahan Foundation

Sara Jahan Foundation is based in Central Delhi, specifically over in Kishanganj. We are located in Tower 9 of The Amaryllis, Phase 1. Our office is number 417. It’s a newer development, so the buildings are quite tall and modern compared to some other parts of the city. Even though it's a big complex, our office inside is just a normal, working space. We don’t have any fancy lobby or anything like that once you get inside our own door. It’s just where we keep our computers and all the documents we have to manage. Most of the time, we are just busy with the regular tasks that fill up a workday. The view from the tower is okay, but we’re usually too busy looking at our screens or talking to people to notice much. Kishanganj is an interesting area because it’s so central, but being in a new phase of The Amaryllis makes it feel a bit like its own little world. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee, and that’s where most of the casual chat happens during the day. It’s a professional enough spot, but we don't try to make it look like something it's not. We’re just a small group of people working out of Tower 9, trying to keep things organized and making sure the work gets finished by the end of the day. It gets pretty quiet in the evenings.
