We’ve been here at Rama Road Industrial Area for a while now. The address is 63/12-b-1, and if you know this part of Delhi, you know how busy it gets with all the trucks and loaders moving around. Our building isn't anything fancy, just a solid place where we get the work done every day. Most mornings start with the sound of the shutters going up and the staff trickling in from the nearby metro or bus stops. It’s dusty out here, which is just how industrial areas are, but inside we try to keep things organized. We handle a lot of healthcare stuff, so there are always boxes stacked up in the corners waiting to go out. The halls are narrow, and sometimes the power fluctuates, which is just part of living in this part of town. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find someone at a desk checking invoices or talking on the phone to a supplier. It’s a lot of manual work, checking labels and making sure the counts are right before the tempo arrives for pickup. We’ve got a small tea stall just around the corner where most of us head during the break. It’s nothing special, just a regular workplace where people show up, do their shift, and deal with the usual Delhi heat. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but the core of what we do here at Sara Healthcare stays pretty much the same. We usually finish up by six.
