Sanskriti Engineering Services Pvt Ltd is based over in Badarpur, specifically in Harinagar Extension on Jaitpur Road. The office is at I-441/12A. If you know the I-Block area, you know it’s a lot of narrow streets and local shops. We do a lot of technical work here. It’s mostly engineering drawings, site plans, and talking to contractors. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of dust from the road and the sound of traffic is pretty much constant. We have a few computers and some big printers for the blueprints. Most of our day is spent looking at small details and making sure measurements are correct. If something is off by even a few centimeters, it causes big problems later on, so we have to be careful. The team here is small. We’ve worked together for a while, so we know how each other thinks. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. You just walk in and someone will be at a desk working on a project. Sometimes we have to head out to sites, which means navigating the New Delhi traffic, which is never fun. But it’s the work we chose to do. We just provide the engineering support that people need for their builds. It’s practical, hands-on stuff. We focus on the task in front of us and try to get the drawings out to the clients on time.
