Lanco Inratech Limited

We are located in the New Millenium Apartments in Sector 23 of Dwarka. Our office is specifically in apartment number 652. It is a bit of a mix here because it is a residential complex, so it does not feel like a typical sterile office environment. Lanco Inratech Limited has been running local operations from this spot for some time now. Dwarka is a very busy area of New Delhi, but our particular sector is relatively manageable and not too loud. We do a lot of the planning and technical work from this apartment. It has a kitchen where we make tea and a small balcony where we take breaks to get some fresh air. There are always people coming and going in the building, so there is a bit of a community feel. It is not about having a big corporate lobby or a fancy entrance. We just need a space with enough room for our computers, desks, and all the project maps we use. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow, so we just take the stairs to get up to the office. Most of us live nearby, so the daily commute is not too bad compared to other parts of Delhi. We deal with the infrastructure side of the business from here. It is a lot of phone calls and sorting through paperwork. We do not use a lot of big corporate talk. We are just a group of people.
