Our office for Sanskaram Vidyapeeth Pvt Ltd is right in the middle of everything at Connaught Place, on Baba Khadag Singh Marg. Being at number 72 means we are right in the heart of the city’s bustle. It is quite a different vibe from the quieter residential areas. Here, it’s all about the paperwork and the planning that goes into running an educational company. We deal with a lot of different things throughout the day. People come in and out, the phones ring quite a bit, and there is always a stack of documents waiting on someone’s desk. It is a functional setup, but we aren't trying to be some giant corporate entity. We are just a group of people working to keep the wheels turning for our educational projects. Living or working in CP has its challenges, like the parking and the crowds, but it also makes you feel like you are where the action is. We spend a lot of time in meetings or on the computer. It’s the kind of place where you grab a quick tea from the corner while talking about the next set of books or curriculum changes. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone stays on task. That is what a typical day looks like for us.
