You can find Sansico Management Pvt. Ltd. on the first floor at Wz-58C/1 in Meenakshi Garden. Subhash Nagar is a busy place, and being right in the middle of it keeps us on our toes. We are a management firm, but that basically means we handle a lot of the background tasks for other businesses and properties. Our office isn't anything special, just a regular space with some computers and plenty of files. We spend a lot of our time sorting out details, managing staff for other people, and making sure the bills get paid and the paperwork is in order. It’s the kind of work that isn’t very exciting but needs to happen for everything else to run smoothly. Sometimes it gets a little disorganized when a lot of things happen at once, but we eventually get through the pile. We have a small team here on the first floor. We aren't trying to be some big global corporation; we just focus on the clients we have in this part of the city. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so it feels very much like a neighborhood office. We have a small balcony where we sometimes take a break and watch the people go by. It’s just about getting through the daily list of tasks and making sure no one is waiting on us for too long. We have our routines and we stick to them, making sure the files are in the right place.
