Paharganj is always a bit chaotic, and our street, Arakashan Road, is no different. We are located at 8666 Ara Kasha Road, right in Hospital Lane. It’s a very old part of town. Because of the location, we get all sorts of people walking in. Travelers, locals, shopkeepers from nearby. We’ve been here a long time, and the building shows its age a bit, but we keep the medical areas strictly clean. It’s a busy medical center. There’s always someone coming or going. We handle emergencies, general sickness, and some specialized stuff too. The lane outside is narrow, so don't try to bring a big car right to the door. Most people just walk from the main road. We don't have a big corporate board or anything. It’s just us doctors and nurses trying to keep up with the demand. The days are long and the tea we drink is usually cold by the time we get to it. We don't make big promises, we just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch to the generator, but that’s just life in Delhi.
